What happens if my case does not settle?

If your case does not settle, then you will have to determine whether you want to pursue a lawsuit. Under Arizona law you have two (2) years from the date of your accident to file a lawsuit, or you will NEVER be able to file a lawsuit as a result of the above accident. Exceptions include dog bites where the statute is one (1) year from the date of loss or an injury claim of a minor where the statute runs two (2) years past their 18th birthday. Due to the time-sensitive nature of personal injury claims, you should retain our services after seeking any immediate medical attention needed.
